A brief philosophy:

Scripture is the indisputable, wholly comprehensive, and God-breathed word of truth.  As such, scripture always stands in judgment of man, never man in judgment of it.  All scripture, Old and New Testatment, points the way to salvation through Christ; without exception.  Interpretation of scripture is made upon its original intent and cannot be tarnished by modern conduct or values.  The Word of God must be the standard by which all moral, ethical, and social interactions are evaluated.

There is but one living God, manifest in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  God is but the One all-knowing and all-powerful being that exists.  Through His three-fold revelation to us, he is distinguished by distinct attritutes.  God created the heavens and the earth and with it all that is contained within them.  Through Jesus Christ He saves all believers from their sinful nature.  By way of the Holy Spirit mortal man is: enabled to understand God's truth; be convicted of sin; be comforted; endowed with divine strength.  In His sovereignty, He is neither author nor approver of sin.  As a Creator He is Father to all men, but Spiritual Father only to believers.

Salvation is given to man solely through Jesus Christ and by the grace of God.  There is NO salvation aside from a personal faith and relationship with Christ.  This salvation while available to all comes only through, and by way of, Jesus Christ.  Man by nature is a sinner and only through faith in Christ can one overcome this truth.  The road to salvation requires repentance which involves an admittance of defeat, change of attitude, request for forgiveness, and relationship with the Living God.

The church is a united spiritual body, the bride of Christ, of which Christ alone is the head.  This church was created at Pentecost and will become manifest and complete when Christ returns for those who are members, at the Rapture.  The Church, rather than being a building and a set of laws, is a group of members who are governed by Christ and seek to extend the gospel to the four corners of the earth.  Included in this membership are those that have come to Christ, past and present, who ultimately comprise the Body of Christ.

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward relationship with Christ.  When mentioned in scripture baptism is a process in which one symbolically washes themselves of the carnal world and its evil ways, and in turn fills themselves with Christ and a commitment to Him.  This cleansing process completes the journey to initial salvation and repentance as well as ensuring ourselves of eternal life in the Body of Christ as long as we live within God's covenant.  While the process itself is considered a rebirth of the Christian, it is not essential as a physical process to ensure salvation.

The last days, as described in the Book of Revelation, will come to pass at a time to be determined only by God.  All souls will be judged according to their works and those found unworthy will be cast into the lake of fire (hell).  The remaining will live with Christ in the new creation of heaven and earth.
